Haunted Woods Night Markets run every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from the last weekend of September 2026 through the first weekend of November 2026. Vendors may reserve the full season or reserve individual weekends.

Haunted Woods Vendor Information

Haunted Woods vendor events run every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during our haunted woods season, starting the last weekend of September 2026 and running through the first weekend of November 2026.

Full Season - $150

Includes every Haunted Woods market date.

Also includes the Polk County Pagan Market Samhain event.

Only 40 full-season vendor spaces are available.

Individual Weekend - $40

Covers Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the selected weekend.

Weekend spaces can be claimed separately if the booth is not booked for the full season.

Reservation Status

PayPal: Booth is held unpaid until PayPal confirms the payment.

Full season reservations take priority over individual weekend reservations. Once a space is reserved for a specific weekend, it is unavailable for that weekend. Spaces are limited and usually fill before the season begins.
